The Chase family has been in the wine and hospitality business for over a decade, and are renowned for our exceptional customer service. Mike and Monique Chase embarked on their journey with a small family winery in Fredericksburg and most recently a wine castle in the Johnson City area. As the wine trail expanded, we dedicated ourselves to creating our own craft.
Presently, Le Chocolat stands as the latest venture, providing an unparalleled customer experience. We eagerly anticipate introducing a novel and enjoyable experience to the wine trail near Johnson City Square. This will be the inaugural chocolate and gift shop in the vicinity, sharing our love for adventure with the community.
The venue has a hidden indulgence where guests will be transported to an entirely new realm with music, delectable bites, and, of course, some of our cherished favorite wines. We eagerly anticipate creating lasting memories and sharing delightful moments together.
